VASER Hi Def was originally introduced to men, with it’s ability to enhance an athletic appearance. However, many females began seeking similar improvements through body sculpting and VASER Hi Def.
Tailored techniques and procedure modifications were made to achieve a sought after feminine appearance.
5 Steps Of 4D VASER Hi Def:
Step 1: Subdermal Fat Removal
Step 2: Deep Fat Compartment Removal
Step 3: Partial Fat Removal from the Superficial Fat Compartment and Superficial Fat Reshaping, and Muscle Definition enhancement between muscle groups
Step 4: Intramuscular Fat Grafting — To enhance muscle size, projection and shape
Step 5: Subdermal Fat Grafting — Enhances projection and tightness of skin, which enhances youthfulness
Fat Layer Removal
Four different layers of fat are removed for VASER Hi Def Female Body Sculpting. Each procedure is different and will be tailored to meet your unique goals.
Blue: Represents Deep Fat Compartment Fat Removal
Red: Represents Superficial Fat Compartment Fat Removal
Purple: Represents Subdermal Fat Removal
Green: Represents areas where a combination of techniques can be used, including either fat removal or fat grafting depending on the patient’s findings and desires.
Brazilian Butt Lift
There are two different areas of sub-dermal and superficial fat removal, the upper area representing an areas where more aggressive fat removal is accomplished.
The Back View describes the technique of what most would describe as a “Brazilian Butt Lift.”
Orange — Area of both deep and superficial fat removal
Pink— Area of partial superficial fat removal. makes the upper buttocks border standout and project more as well as enhances the S-Curve between the buttocks, lower, and upper back.
Blue — Represents areas where fat is injected into the deep and/or superficial fat compartments. Deeper injection enhances size and superficial injection controls shape more.
The area in blue aside the upper buttock cleavage area can be fat grafted to increase the length and depth of the buttocks cleavage line.
Green is an area where there is more muscle mass and therefore intramuscular fat grafting is possible.
Purple — VASER lipoplasty of what is called the “Medial buttock Pillar” which when done, unloads the medial buttock triangle allowing for it to rise and look more youthful.
Techniques that may be required to sculpt your ideal waistline include:
- Lowering the waistline
- Removing fat to change the ratio of the hips to the ratio to that closer of 0.7 to 1.0
- Fat grafting at the hips to get to the ideal ratio of approximately 0.7 to 1.0
Some, but not all of these three methods are required, but all patients need to be assessed and questions asked wether one, two, or all three of these methods are needed.
Mons Pubis Sculpting
An often overlooked and embarrassing part of the body for a patient to bring up is the “Mons Pubis” area. Almost every women over thirty (and some under thirty) struggle with excess fat in this region of the body.
Using the same “Differential” fat removal methods utilized in VASER Hi Def, a more youthful appearing Mons Pubis can be sculpted.
The mistake many surgeons make when sculpting this body region is they take a fat Mons Pubis and liposuction all the fat out and make a “Flat” Mons Pubis.
The real trick is to remove differing amounts of fat for different areas of the Mons Pubis. The result is a youthfully tilted, narrowed, triangular shaped Mons Pubis consistent with youthfulness.
